Usage: Take 1 softgel per day, preferably with food, or as directed by your qualified health care consultant. Ultra Policosanols contains rice policosanols combined with lecithin and medium chain triglycerides to improve absorption. The main policosanols are Octacosanol, Triacontanol, Dotriacontanol, Tetracosanol, Hexacosanol, Tetratriacontanol, Hexatriacontanol and Docosanol. Rice is the richest source of Docosanol. Octacosanol has been studied for its effects on improving physical performance and reducing fatigue.
