Usage: Chew 2 tablets 30 minutes after a meal or on an empty stomach followed by 1/2 glass of water 20 minutes before eating. Recommended for children age 2 and above taken under the supervision of a parent or caregiver. May take up to 4 tablets a day, or as directed by your qualified health care consultant.
